Brenda Megann, Yoga Teacher

Brenda teaches small groups and private classes in her home yoga studio in Northlands Road, Southampton.

She also holds weekly classes in Bedford Place, Southampton on Tuesday mornings (11 am - 1 pm) and Thursday evenings (6.30 - 8.30 pm). Contact Brenda to reserve a place.

Brenda Megann is a registered teacher with the Inner Yoga Trust and the British Wheel of Yoga.
